無鹽牛油 65g Unsalted Butter
糖霜 30g Icing Sugar
鹽 少許tsp Salt
奶粉 50g Whole Milk Powder
粟粉 5g Corn Starch

椰子味 Coconut flavor
無鹽牛油 70g Unsalted Butter
糖霜 30g Icing Sugar
鹽 少許tsp
奶粉 50g Whole Milk Powder
粟粉 2.5g Corn Starch
椰絲 5g Desiccated Coconut

方包 3 Sliced bread

1.牛油室溫放軟備用
2.牛油,奶粉,糖霜,鹽及粟粉拌勻成抹醬備用
(如製作椰子味,在此步驟加入椰絲)
3.預熱焗爐至220℃,將奶酥醬塗滿方包焗約7-8分鐘,完成
