豆豉鯪魚炒萵筍 Stir-fried Celtuce with Fried Dace Salted Black Beans

萵筍 250g Celtuce
鹽 3g Salt
砂糖 2g Sugar
豆豉鯪魚⅓-½ Fried Dace Salted Black Beans
蒜頭 2cloves Garlic
豉油 5g Soy Sauce
砂糖 3g Sugar
辣椒油 5g Chili Oil

1.切去萵筍底部,刨皮切片
2.加入3g鹽及2g砂糖醃一會至出水
3.蒜頭去皮切成蓉
4.豆豉鯪魚的豆豉切碎,鯪魚撕成條
5.加入豆豉鯪魚罐頭內的油,燒熱油鍋
6.炒香蒜頭豆豉
7.加入鯪魚炒香後加入萵筍
8.加入豉油,3g砂糖及辣椒油炒勻,完成
