炸雲吞 Fried Wonton

8隻份量 8pcs
蝦 16 Shrimps
砂糖 ¼tsp Sugar
鹽 ⅛tsp Salt
胡椒粉 少許 Ground White Pepper
麻油 ½tsp Sesame Oil

春卷皮 8 Spring Roll Pastry
蛋液 適量 Liquid Egg
茄汁 15g Ketchup
醋 10g Vinegar
喼汁 ½ tsp Worcestershire Sauce
砂糖 15g Sugar
鹽 ⅛ tsp Salt
粟粉 1tsp Corn Starch
水 80ml Water

1.蝦洗淨去殼,加入砂糖,鹽及胡椒粉拌勻
2.加入麻油拌勻
3.茄汁,醋及喼汁拌勻
4.加入砂糖,鹽,粟粉及水拌勻後以慢火煮至醬汁變濃稠
5.將蝦放在春卷皮上,半邊塗上蛋液對摺黏實
6.角位塗上蛋液,將春卷皮向內黏實
7.燒熱油鍋,加入雲吞油炸至兩邊金黃色,完成
