簡易酸辣粉 Sour and Spicy Noodle

二人份量 Serve 2
紅薯粉 200g Sweet potato noodles
免治豬肉 60g Minced pork
蒜頭 4pcs Garlic
陳醋 6tsp Black Vinegar
生抽 4tsp Soy sauce
辣椒油 4tsp Chili oil
花椒油 4tsp Sichuan pepper oil
糖 1tsp Sugar
鹽 1tsp Salt
雞粉 1tsp Chicken Powder
雞湯 200ml Chicken stock
水 400ml Water
花生 Fried peanuts
榨菜 Hot pickled mustard tuber
芫茜 Coriander

1. 炒香蒜蓉及免治豬肉後備用
2. 將紅薯粉煮熟後瀝乾水備用
3. 混合生抽、陳醋、鹽、糖、雞粉、辣椒油及花椒油調成湯汁
4. 倒入紅薯粉及煮滾的雞湯和水
5. 碗中放上肉碎、花生、榨菜及芫茜即成
