瑤柱冬菇炆鵝掌 Braised Mushroom and Goose Feet

冬菇 6pcs Mushroom
鵝掌 6pcs Goose Feet
乾瑤柱 6pcs Dried Scallops
西生菜 1pcs Lettuce
薑 2pcs Ginger
蔥 1 Green Shallot
蒜頭 3瓣 Garlic
紹興酒 15ml Shaoxing Wine
蠔油 40g Oyster Sauce
老抽 10g Dark Soy Sauce
冰糖 20g Crystal Sugar
雞湯 100ml Chicken Soup

粟粉 1tsp Corn Starch
水 10ml Water
麻油 1tsp Sesame Oil

1 西生菜洗淨切好
2 薑切片,蒜頭去皮,蔥切段
3 鵝掌切走指甲,洗淨汞水
4 冬菇及瑤柱浸泡
5 蠔油,老抽及雞湯拌勻備用
6 炒香薑片,蒜頭及蔥段,加入鵝掌和紹興酒炒勻
7 加入冬菇,瑤柱,調味料及冰糖,關蓋煮18分鐘
8 粟粉加水拌勻備用
9 煲滾水煮熟西生菜
10 加入粟粉水拌勻
11 加入蔥花,完成
