Pancake Cereal
2-3人份 Serve2-3
麵粉135g Flour
泡打粉 7g Baking Powder
鹽 1/8tsp Salt
牛奶 150ml Milk
雞蛋 1 Egg
無鹽牛油 40g Unsalted Butter
砂糖 50g Sugar
綠茶粉 5g
可可粉 5g

1.平底鍋溶化牛油,鍋上剩餘牛油作煎班戟之用
2.麵粉加入泡打粉,鹽,牛奶,溶化牛油及雞蛋拌勻成粉漿
3.綠茶粉加入17g砂糖,可可粉加入17g砂糖拌勻
4.粉漿平均分成三份
5.原味粉漿加入16g砂糖,另外兩份粉漿分別加入綠茶粉及可可粉
6.粉漿倒入唧醬瓶,在平底鍋上唧出小班戟
7.小火煎至表面有氣泡,反面煎另一邊約30秒即成
