B仔雞翼尖 Garlic Chicken Wing Tips

雞翼尖 450g Chicken Wing Tip
蒜頭 10clove Garlic
辣椒 5pcs Chili
糖 2tsp sugar
紹興酒 30ml Shaoxing wine
雞粉 2tsp Chicken Powder
鹽 1/4tsp Salt
水 500g Water

1.冷水下雞翼尖,把雞翼尖氽燙去除冷藏味,待水滾,撈起備用
2.把蒜頭去皮切碎,朝天椒去蒂並斜切成碎
3.在雞翼尖裡加入蒜頭、朝天椒、紹興酒、雞粉、糖、鹽和水,待水煮沸,加蓋並以慢火煮15-30分鐘,完成
